By ordering from Lakeshore Managers LLC via seatowrailers.com or phone, you agree to inspect the freight upon delivery, record any damage as specified below, and cover any applicable re-delivery or additional delivery fees.
RETURN POLICY
If you ordered the wrong item or no longer wish to keep it, you may return it within 30 days of receipt (subject to the conditions listed below) by requesting an RMA Number from us.
Returns without an RMA Number will not be accepted upon arrival at the warehouse.
If you return an item without an RMA Number the item will not be accepted when it arrives at the warehouse.
Return Policy and Conditions
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- The item must be disassembled and packaged on its original pallet or a suitable equivalent.
- The customer is responsible for the following costs, which will be deducted from the refund:
- The original freight charge to ship the item.
- The return freight charge to the warehouse.
- A restocking fee of up to 30%, depending on the manufacturer.
- The RMA Number must be clearly written on the outside of the packaging and the shipping Bill of Lading; failure to do so may result in refused delivery.
If you receive the wrong item due to our error, we will cover the shipping costs for the return and the delivery of the correct item.
Refusal of an Undamaged Item:
If a customer refuses delivery of an undamaged item, it will be processed as a standard return and subject to round-trip shipping costs and a restocking fee of up to 30%, depending on the manufacturer.
Re-Delivery Fees
Business Deliveries:
For shipments to business addresses, freight carriers typically do not call ahead to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries are made during normal business hours (9 AM – 5 PM) unless alternate delivery times are specified on the order. If the carrier arrives and the business is closed or unable to accept the shipment, they will generally attempt re-delivery the following business day. A re-delivery fee may apply, which the customer agrees to reimburse to Sea Tow.
Residential Deliveries:
For residential shipments, the freight carrier will contact the customer to schedule a delivery appointment. If the carrier arrives at the scheduled time and the customer is not available to accept delivery, they will generally attempt to set up a new delivery appointment. A re-delivery fee may apply, which the customer agrees to reimburse to Sea Tow.
By placing an order through seatowrailers.com or by phone, the customer agrees that Sea Tow may charge the original credit card used for the order to cover any re-delivery fees. A notification of the charge will be sent to the customer. If a credit card was not used for the original purchase, Sea Tow will issue an invoice for the re-delivery fee.
Extra Delivery Charges for Incorrect Information
Freight charges are quoted based on the delivery address, address type (business, residential, or limited access), and whether a loading dock or forklift is available at the delivery location. This information is provided by the customer at the time of quotation. If any of the details given to Sea Tow LLC are incorrect, the freight carrier may apply additional shipping fees for the following:
- Re-consigning the freight to a different delivery address.
- Delivering to a residential address if it was not originally quoted as such.
- Delivering to a limited access location if it was not originally quoted as such.
- Providing a lift gate on delivery if it was not originally included in the quote.
By placing an order through seatowtrailers.com or by phone, the customer agrees that Sea Tow LLC may charge the original credit card used for the order to reimburse any extra fees charged by the carrier due to incorrect address type or lift gate requirements. A notification detailing the charge will be sent to the customer. If a credit card was not used for the original purchase, Sea Tow LLC will issue an invoice for the additional.
